| Shipping and Returns –
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order then simply return the items within 14 days with a brief note explaining your complaint and we will give you with a full refund. We will only offer a refund on complete items returned in their original condition.
Please find our pre-printed returns address with your order. For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. Old City Jerusalem Gifts will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you do exercise the right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Items returned for exchange will be dispatched via standard post.
Products must be returned within 14 days after dispatch. After this, it is at our discretion.
Customs and duty -Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
